How the HelpCard works
Easy for you and your NPO:
By choosing the HelpCard system, most of your work is done. Now, you just have to decide which project and in what area the HelpCard can be redeemed, furthermore you have to choose what theme you would like to use. The HelpGroup will provide you with the HelpCard-Shop as a ‘software as a service’, in your NPO’s design and colours. The shop is accessible form your homepage and enables you to easily manage and monitor donations. You can integrate the HelpCard system into your fundraising and your regular customer communication. With this new way of supporting an aid project, we are specifically appealing to donors, supporters and companies. The HelpGroup then takes over all operational tasks necessary for its use and running.
Easy for the donor:
The HelpCard adapts to the donor’s wishes, and it is incredibly easy to customise it. They can choose from pre-set themes or upload private photos to customise the card. Even the text can be adapted to individual projects and occasions. Furthermore they can either choose the credit card-sized HelpCard, which would be sent by post or the E-HelpCard, which can be printed off or directly be emailed to the recipient.
Easy for the recipient:
Online, the recipients can choose the NPO’s project that they deem the most important. They complete the donation form by entering the HelpCard number and thereby allocate the HelpCard’s credit to the project. This way they can support a good cause from home, and become an ‘emotional donor’. At the end of the redeeming process, they will then be asked, whether they would like to recharge the HelpCard, and give to a friend or relative as a present. Thus, the HelpCard can be reused many times and thereby generates multiple new donors.
