30.01.2012	Fiscal year 2011 successfully completed The HelpGroup concludes a successful fiscal year 2011 having expanded its network of HelpCard partners significantly. More and more charities decide to adopt the HelpCard to enhance their fundraising mix. Besides a large number of private donors using the HelpCard as a gift, the HelpCard managed to attract more than 150 companies which utilized the HelpCard as a customer loyalty incentive or employee christmas gift. The HelpCard can now be considered an established instrument in innovative fundraising.

05.01.2012	Exclusive reseller in Switzerland Right at the beginning of the year, HelpGroup manages to attract a new exclusive sales partner for Switzerland. Basel based NonProCons AG is one of the most renowned fundraising agencies in Switzerland

18.11.2011	Redcross launches the HelpCard Both Redcross Austria and Switzerland have integrated the HelpCard in their fundraising portfolio. Both organisations will utilize the HelpCard as a tool to support Corporate Social Responsibility campaigns.

15.10.2011	Partnership with Webmiles (customer loyalty program) The leading online bonus and loyalty program Webmiles now offers their client base in Germany, Austria and Switzerland to convert their bonus points into HelpCard credits. Thanks to this partnership HelpGroup can further expand its portfolio of cooperations with loyalty programs.

01.09.2011	HelpCard App for Facebook HelpGroup offers the HelpCard App for Facebook, an ideal solution to enhance an organization’s fanpage and the first charity gift card app on Facebook.

04.07.2011	HelpGroup further expands its european sales network After starting in Austria and Switzerland this spring the HelpGroup is now also targeting the Netherlands. HelpGroup gained the Mindvize BV in Amsterdam as regional partner to market the HelpCard charity gift card system. Mindwize BV, a leading fundraising agency in the Netherlands, entered the business in 1987 and holds big NPO accounts in NL and other countries.

29.03.2011	HelpGroup as exhibitor at the German Fundraising Congress The leading event for humanitarian organisations, the German Fundraising Congress, will take place from 6 to 7 April in Fulda. The HelpGroup will partake in the event as an exhibitor and present the latest HelpCard innovations. Visitors can learn more about and HelpCard and their fundraising possibilities in two workshops.

25.02.2011	The HelpGroup gains renowned partner for Austria The biggest Austrian fundraising agency, DIRECT MIND GmbH in Vienna, was gained as the first country partner for Austria. more... The HelpGroup starts its European expansion, with DIRECT MIND GmbH as its exclusive associate in Austria. Austria’s leading fundraising agency has been active in the field since 1987. They are going to take over the mentoring of HelpCard partner organisations on the Austrian market. Negotiations with other potential partners for the marketing of the HelpCard in other European countries are well underway.

06.01.2011	HelpCard generates triumphant donation revenue at Christmas Since October 2010, already 10 renowned organisations have been gained as HelpCard partners; all have used their HelpCard systems successfully for fundraising purposes. more... This means that the HelpCard has been used by various organisations in the fields of humanitarian aid and animal welfare. Many private sponsors give the Helpcard as a Christmas present to friends and relatives, but also numerous companies have used the Helpcard as an incentive for both customers and business associates. In this case customisation was clearly noticeable among the trends. 70% of private donors and 100% of companies have created their own personal presents through the HelpCard system. Thus the HelpCard is becoming a standard element of our partner organisations’ fundraising activities.

06.10.2010	HelpGroup expands to Europe HelpGroup as exhibitor at the Fundraising Congress in Vienna and the International Fundraising Congress in Amsterdam. First HelpCard-Shops for Switzerland are in the pipeline. more... At the Austrian Fundraising Congress in Vienna, 11 to 12 October 2010, the exhibiting HelpGroup GmbH is going to present the first charity gift card for the support of aid projects; the HelpCard. Harald Meurer, managing director of the HelpGroup GmbH is going to give a presentation on innovation in the field of fundraising “Fundraising 2.0 – Neue Wege im Fundraising” (Fundraising 2.0 – New fundraising methods). From 20 to 21 October, the HelpGroup is going to present its product for the first time at the biggest trade meeting for international aid organisations in the world, the International Fundraising Congress in Amsterdam. Thereby, the HelpGroup starts its expansion in Europe. Still in 2010, the first HelpCard solutions outside Germany are being implemented, and the HelpGroup is expanding in Europe after their successful start in Germany.
