This is how the HelpCard works
HelpCard is the first charity gift card to directly support individual aid projects. It’s the perfect present, to support people in need, for friends, family and lovers. Or for business partners and colleagues, as an incentive or to ensure emotional customer loyalty. You can customise the HelpCard to your liking, choosing from various different image motifs or card values and adding a personal message.
Step 1:
Choose the organisation, you would like to support with the HelpCard. For this step, you have to access the ‘All organisations’ page. Now, click on the Logo of the chosen organisation.
Step 2:
Now decide what kind of HelpCard you would like to order: The credit card-sized HelpCard (will be sent to you by mail, after order and payment) or the E-HelpCard, an electronic Version, which you can send by email or print off at home.
Step 3:
Now you can choose the theme of the HelpCard. You can choose between the organisations’ logos, themes for certain occasions, or you can decide to upload your very own picture. Then you have to write the text, choose the font colour and your HelpCard’s value. And your personalised HelpCard is already done. And now, you’ll just have to decide how many HelpCards you would like to order, put them in the ‘basket’ and take them to the check-out.
Step 4:
As with any other online order, you now have to enter your details and then choose a payment method. When your order is completed, we will send your HelpCard to you.
Step 5:
Now, the HelpCard’s recipients will have to access the web site that is specified on the back of their HelpCard. There they have the opportunity to choose the aid project; they like the best. Now all that is left to do is to provide the HelpCard number and PIN, on the online donation form. And they have already supported the project of their choice, using the HelpCard.
Step 6:
And if they liked the HelpCard idea, they can recharge it straight away and give it, as a present to somebody else. This way, the HelpCard can be used over and over again, and support many important aid projects.
